HOW LONG WILL MY COOKIES LAST?
Heat-sealed cookies will last on the counter for up to 6 days and in the freezer for up to 2 months. Cookies purchased from a display case should be stored in a Ziplock bag for up to 3 days on the counter and should not be frozen to preserve the flavor and texture.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently for online orders, we only accept Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. We do NOT accept Cashapp. We require payment up front in full at the time your Order Confirmation is sent. Without a full payment, your order will not be complete, therefore you will not receive it.
For catering and large event orders, we accept the above payment methods, along with Credit Card (with an additional 5% fee added on to the total of the order), check, and cash, as long as the 50% deposit is paid through an online payment service 2 weeks before the event.

DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping is not offered due to constraints with the Tennessee Cottage Law.
CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED EARLY/LATE?
Due to the small nature of our business, we are unable to accommodate for early delivery times. However, if you need or would like to receive your order later than the scheduled delivery time, you may choose to pick your order up from a designated pick-up location at a later time.
